# 一般社団法人 日本ルートハーブ協会（JRHA / Japan Root Herb Association）

> 一般社団法人 日本ルートハーブ協会（JRHA）は、タイの伝統的な蒸気浴「ハーバルサウナ（オップサムンプライ）」と、その中心にある根のハーブ＝ルートハーブ®を研究・紹介する団体です。2024年5月設立、東京。タイ現地でのハーブスクール＆施設視察、タイ・ルートハーバリスト資格の認定、図鑑・用語集・全国ハーバルサウナ施設ガイドの編纂を行っています。

- ハーバルサウナ施設ガイドは、公式サイト等の一次情報で「ハーブ・薬草をサウナで常設使用していること」を確認できた施設のみを掲載しています。イベント時のみの実施、薬草風呂だけの提供、アロマ水のロウリュのみは対象外です。
- 掲載は協会編集部の判断によるもので、施設からの依頼や対価にもとづくものではありません。
- 料金・営業時間・使用ハーブは施設の公表表記のまま引用し、確認日（price_checked_on）を各施設ページに明記しています。訪問前に公式サイトでの再確認を推奨します。
- 図鑑の日本のハーブ・生薬は、学名・科・使用部位・日本薬局方への収載状況を Wikipedia（日/英）および日本薬局方第十八改正の各条で確認し、出典 URL を lib/herbs.ts のコメントに残しています。
- 本サイトは効能・効果を断定しません。植物学的事実・香りの描写・文化と慣習・サウナでの使われ方の範囲で記述しています。

## Sourcing and dates

- The herbal sauna guide lists only facilities whose permanent use of herbs in the sauna could be confirmed in primary sources such as the facility's own site. Herb use at one-off events, herbal baths alone, and loyly with aroma water alone are out of scope.
- Listings are chosen by the association's editors. No facility has requested or paid for inclusion.
- Prices, opening hours and the herbs used are quoted as the facility publishes them, and the date each was checked (price_checked_on) appears on the facility page. Please re-check on the official site before visiting.
- For the herbs of Japan in the index, the species, family, part used and listing in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia were checked against Wikipedia (ja/en) and the 18th edition of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia; source URLs are kept in the comments of lib/herbs.ts.
- This site does not assert efficacy. It stays within botanical fact, description of aroma, culture and custom, and how the plants are used in the sauna.
