Become a Member

The Japan Root Herb Association welcomes everyone who wishes to support the development of RootHerb® in Japan.

Eligibility

An individual memberis a person who supports the association’s aims, meets one of the conditions below, and pays the annual dues that sustain its activities.

1. Holders of a Japanese national license in medicine or care — physicians, pharmacists, nurses, dentists, veterinarians, physiotherapists, occupational practitioners, judo bonesetters, acupuncturists, moxibustion and anma-massage-shiatsu practitioners, registered dietitians, certified care workers, and the like.

2. Researchers or students at public or equivalent research and educational institutions with knowledge or experience in fields related to RootHerb (students at universities, junior colleges, graduate schools, vocational schools, or colleges of technology).

3. Anyone interested in RootHerb who wishes to join in order to gain academic knowledge.

Member services

1. You receive the members’ newsletter.
2. You may attend the association’s events at member rates.
3. Further member services will be planned from time to time.

How to join — individual members (general / student)

Membership applications are accepted year-round. The membership year runs from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.

If you wish to join, please complete the membership procedure as described below.

Step 1 — Application

To apply for individual membership, submit the registration form and transfer the annual dues to the bank account below.

Step 3 — Issue of membership number

After you email the office expressing your wish to join and we confirm receipt of the annual dues, we will notify you of your membership number by email.
