The Japan Root Herb Association (JRHA, “the association”) complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and works to handle and protect personal data appropriately.

Purpose of use

When you contact us by email or apply for on-site training, you send us personal data such as your name and email address. We use it to answer your question, to send you the information you need, to run the training, and to administer courses — and for no purpose other than the one for which you provided it.

Disclosure to third parties

We manage personal data appropriately and do not disclose it to third parties except in the following cases.

· Where the person who provided the data consents.
· Where disclosure is required in order to comply with laws or regulations.

Correction and deletion

On request from the person concerned, and after confirming their identity, we correct or delete personal data as appropriate.
