Tap a herb to read its species, its place in daily life, and the culture around it. “Herbs from Japan” here means the plants used in saunas in Japan, so the group includes species such as eucalyptus — native to Australia, but listed in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia (as eucalyptus oil) and in wide use here.
