The programme visited five herbal saunas in Phuket, from neighbourhood saunas to resort spas, then moved to Bangkok for a traditional-medicine archive and a herb market. A one-day course led to the local Root Herbalist certification for those who wanted it.

Eight places were offered at ¥143,000 including local transport, accommodation, facility visits and tuition. Flights, meals and personal expenses were arranged by each participant.
