The third on-site training programme runs from 31 October to 5 November 2026 (departing Haneda late on 30 October, returning early on 5 November). It combines facility visits in Phuket with the history of the herbal sauna in Bangkok, and an optional Thai Root Herbalist course and examination.

In Phuket the group visits five herbal sauna houses, from luxury spas to neighbourhood saunas, and is shown behind the scenes by facility staff. Thai herbs are in season during the dry months of October to March. In Bangkok the programme covers how the herbal sauna came to be, a herb market visit, and tasting and comparing herbs.

The fee is about ¥168,000, covering local transport, accommodation, facility visits, sauna sessions and the course and certificate. Meals, flights and travel within Bangkok are not included. The programme starts and ends in Thailand; each participant arranges their own flights and overseas travel insurance. Eight places, first come first served.
