Toksen Vihara is a salon offering traditional Thai bodywork in Kamoike, Kagoshima City. Alongside Toksen and Thai massage, it offers a herbal steam sauna as a regular menu item. Guests sit inside a single-person tent filled with steam from simmered Thai herbs such as plai and turmeric (kamin), a style the salon describes as deriving from "yu fai," Thai postpartum care. Yomogi (mugwort) steam is also available. Prices start at 3,500 yen for 30 minutes. Reservation-preferred; open Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00-22:00.
