Yakuso sauna

A yakuso sauna is a sauna enjoyed by letting medicinal herbs rise with the steam.

The main styles are Thai-style herbal steam, yakuso (medicinal-herb) steam, herbal löyly and vihta, and some venues run them inside a tent. Yakuso steam is the style found at bathing facilities across Japan.
