SharedYakuso (medicinal herb) steam
A hot-spring facility on the basement floor of Forte Wajima in central Wakayama City, drawing water from 1,500 m underground and offering a free-flowing spring bath, tub bath, jet bath and seated bath. There are two saunas: a far-infrared sauna and a permanent Kampo herbal sauna in the women's bath, which uses a blend of ten Japanese-Chinese medicinal plants. A stone-bathing zone with four rooms using eight kinds of stone adjoins it.
