尾道平原温泉 ぽっぽの湯
A day-use hot spring facility in Hirahara, Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Alongside an open-air bath, tsubo (jar) baths and a silk bath, the women's bathing area has a permanent "kanpo yakuso sauna" (herbal medicine sauna). According to the official website, it is a steam-type sauna using steam infused with components of seven Japanese-Chinese medicinal plants, offered to women only. The men's area has a far-infrared sauna and the women's area also has a salt sauna. Open 10:00-22:00 (last entry 21:30); admission is 860 yen for adults on weekdays.
