A men-only bathing facility on the 9th floor of the Rakutenchi Building, steps from Kinshicho Station in Sumida, Tokyo. Alongside its natural hot spring baths, a high-temperature double sauna and an aroma-water loyly, it permanently offers a "Yomogi (mugwort) Steam Sauna." The official site describes it as a room where steam produced by steaming medicinal herbs envelops the whole body. Open 24 hours (closes 23:00 Sunday, reopens 10:00 Monday); admission 2,850 yen for general visitors, tax included.
