An outdoor sauna set in a birch forest at 1,450 m elevation in Koumi, Nagano. It offers a log sauna with a heat-retaining stove, a Finnish sauna kota with self-löyly, and a tent sauna dedicated to whisking. Birch extract is used in the löyly, and the cold bath draws on spring water. Sessions run 150 minutes, a fully private plan is available, and the season runs from May to November.
