Beppu Kannawa Onsen Yamanami no Yu
別府鉄輪温泉やまなみの湯
A hot spring bathhouse in Kitanaka, Beppu, Oita. Its two large bathing areas, "Yama no Yu" and "Umi no Yu," alternate between men and women daily, and Umi no Yu has a permanent "Jusan Kanpo Sauna" that uses kampo (Chinese herbal medicine). The facility offers six saunas in total, including an auto-loyly IKI sauna, a salt sauna, a self-loyly sauna, and a Nordic-style aroma sauna. Admission is 630 yen for adults on weekdays and 780 yen on weekends and holidays. Open from 12:00 to 8:40 the next morning, and 24 hours on weekends and holidays.
